We had our 4th-and-93 a few weeks back. It spoiled us. Still, the Temple Owls are going to try like hell to top it.
On Saturday, a day of love and freedom (or something), Temple was forced to punt on — wait for it — 4th-and-goal.
Here is the footage of the wondrous event that led to the Owls punting:

“Throw the ball away,” screamed multiple Temple fans, I assume.
That was after the team, rather easily, drove the ball down the field on the first offensive possession available to them.
We are huge fans of punting, for what it is worth. Since there's really nothing else yet to talk about concerning Temple, let's talk about other recent punting fun.
Here we have Wyoming's punter completely whiffing on an attempted punt:

But wait… there is more punting tomfoolery!
How about the worst fake punt attempt in the history of fake punts?

Those two pumps actually happened during the same day of action. Meaning, maybe, we are in store for another 4-and-forever situation today.
Do you guys love punting as much as we love punting? If you don't, you should. Maybe write us an essay about how you wish all teams drove the field, and then instead of scoring, randomly decided to lose enough yards to force a punt.
