Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant is not one to keep his opinions to himself. Recently, though, KD decided to take a more light-hearted approach as he addressed some harsh criticism from renowned basketball analyst Shannon Sharpe.

Sharpe called Durant out for how the Nets have recently formed such a star-studded team. Durant caught wind of the commentator's jab, and decided to clap back in jest (h/t Ajayi Browne of USA Today):

An old KD tweet wherein he blasts the emergence of super teams was recently unearthed, and for Sharpe, he saw this as an opportunity to throw it in Durant's face. This is exactly the type of criticism that usually gets on Durant's nerve (at least it did so in the past), and more often than not, the Nets superstar usually responds with a feisty counterpunch of his own — be it using his own account or otherwise.

In this instance, however, Durant decided to just take the jab in stride. Either the Nets stud has reached a certain level of consciousness wherein he is no longer affected by the nay-sayers (he probably has BFF Kyrie Irving to thank for that), or he was just unable to come up with a proper response to Sharpe's criticism here.

After all, Durant did exactly what he so harshly hated on a decade ago. As a matter of fact, one could argue that he's currently on the super team of super teams in Brooklyn right now. Clearly, his feelings about superstars teaming up on the same team have changed over the years.
