For NBA analyst Max Kellerman, Kyrie Irving's return to Boston as a member of the Brooklyn Nets will be the most exciting game of the 2019-2020 season.

Speaking on ESPN's First Take, Kellerman laid down the details of his argument. Apart from the history between the Celtics and Irving, Kellerman noted how huge a market Boston really is. Given this, tons of people — not just Boston natives — are invested in the Irving-Celtics saga.

“Boston is really a huge market, because we’re not just talking about Boston. Like when you look at the size of Boston, how can that compete with New York and other areas like that?” Kellerman said, via Ricky Doyle of NESN.

“It’s because Boston really means from Connecticut to Maine. It’s practically the entire Northeast, north of certain parts of Connecticut. That entire region — which by the way is basketball crazy, and the Celtics have this incredible tradition and still is a powerhouse team — is gonna be watching this.”

Moreover, contrary to what others believe, Kellerman strongly believes that the Celtics are going to be good this year. After all, they still have their young guns in Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum, both of which are poised to take their game to another level. They also have Kemba Walker, an elite guard who's a great replacement for Irving.

The Nets quickly became title contenders after acquiring the trio of Irving, Kevin Durant and DeAndre Jordan.  With that said, it's no wonder why Kellerman is excited to see Kyrie return to the TD Garden and test his mettle against his former team.

The Nets and Celtics face off in Boston on Nov. 27. And as Kellerman suggests, it's can't-miss showdown.
