The Brooklyn Nets have some big decisions to deal with in the offseason after they fell short of the NBA Finals. Just like every team in the league, they have free-agent decisions to make. The most notable is on guard Spencer Dinwiddie, who missed nearly the entire season with an injury but has recently been cleared for on-court activities.

There is no secret that he will be one of the most coveted players on the market, and he posted a rather bold Instagram post on Friday.

Yeah, Dinwiddie really said the “best FA point guard.”

That is definitely a bold claim, and he knows he will be heavily targeted by many teams across the league after the success he had with the Nets. He was a candidate for Sixth Man of the Year and before going down with injury, he had the Nets buzzing with excitement as they aimed for an NBA title.

Dinwiddie stirred the pot a little bit when a report came out that he wanted to go “back home”, and perhaps signaling at his desire to sign with either the Lakers or Clippers in free agency.

Either way, Dinwiddie's market should be extremely fluid and he should have no problems commanding a big-time salary in the offseason unless he would rather take a pay cut and chase a championship.
