Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant has been keeping himself busy over the past few months as he continues to recover from an Achilles injury that has kept him on the sidelines throughout the season. Most recently, the 31-year-old made a rather significant appearance on Drake's new music video for his latest track entitled “Laugh Now Cry Later.”

Here's the whole music video, during which the Nets star makes several appearances throughout:

First off, we're not sure if this was a Drake video or a Nike advert. Clearly, Drake has signed a very lucrative deal with the sports brand. That's probably the main reason why Durant, one of Nike's biggest stars, was on the video. The same can be said about Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.

As for Kevin Durant, he is seen in his element in the video, playing a game of one-one-one with Drake. It almost looked as if the video was going to make it look like Drake was going to beat the Nets star in the pickup game on the onset, but thankfully, the writers came to their senses. For the record, Durant's Achilles looked fine.

The Nets fully expect Durant to be healthy once the new season kicks in. As a matter of fact, there were some whispers about Durant making a surprise return in the Disney World bubble, which obviously did not come to fruition. What is clear, however, is that the former MVP is nearing a return. It will be very interesting to see what kind of Kevin Durant we get next season following a career-threatening injury that cost him more than a year.
