Leading up to the NFL Draft, nearly every incoming prospect will be likened to a player already in the league, and Joe Burrow should be content with his comparison. The presumptive No. 1 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft has drawn comparisons to Tom Brady.

Over the course of the 2019 season, Burrow received plenty of comparisons from multiple fans and media alike. Every now and then, some people would utter that Burrow was comparable to Brady.

Daniel Jeremiah, a draft analyst for NFL Network, is among the group that believes Burrow is similar to the New England Patriots quarterback. Despite being different in plenty of areas, there are a few similarities between the two.

While watching Burrow play in 2019, his mechanics are somewhat a mirror image of Brady. At the same time, Burrow's pocket presence is absolutely phenomenal. For the past 20 seasons, Brady has proved that he thrives at feeling out the pocket when he's throwing the ball.

Of course, Burrow and Brady have been at different ends of the spectrum in their draft process. When Brady was entering the draft in 2000, he was considered by many to be a late-round selection. On the other hand, Burrow is being projected as the No. 1 pick to the Cincinnati Bengals in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Since Brady has been in the NFL, not many prospects have been compared to him in any capacity. For Burrow to be linked to the future Hall of Famer is another reason he's regarded as the best quarterback in this year's class. If the Bengals weren't convinced already, a comparison to Brady might increase their interest in Burrow.
