Jamal Adams reportedly gave a list of teams he'd prefer to be traded to if the New York Jets grant his trade request. With that in mind, the Dallas Cowboys and the Baltimore Ravens are betting favorites to land Adams via trade, per Sportsline.

As it currently stands, the Cowboys are atop the favorites to acquire Adams from the Jets this offseason. Ahead of last year's trade deadline, Dallas and New York discussed a trade involving Adams. However, talks would stall and neither side could come to an agreement.

Adams, a Texas native, shared his desire to play in Dallas if he weren't on the Jets amid trade rumors in 2019. Therefore, it wouldn't come as a surprise if the Cowboys came swooping in and offered a ransom for the All-Pro safety.

On the other hand, the Ravens would be another ideal fit for Jamal Adams if he were to be traded. Throughout the years, Baltimore is an organization that's utilized players to their strengths.

Not to mention, adding Adams would give the Ravens an even more lethal secondary next season. Altogether, Baltimore already deploys Marlon Humphrey, Marcus Peters, Earl Thomas, and Tavon Young.

Besides the Cowboys and Ravens, there are other teams that could make an offer for Adams. The versatile safety has two years remaining on his rookie contract. But regardless of where he goes, he's interested in receiving a lucrative extension in the near future.

A player of Adams' skill set can fit into nearly any defensive scheme in the NFL. With that being said, some teams — the Cowboys and Ravens — make a bit more sense than others as a potential landing spot for Adams.
