Cleveland Browns General Manager John Dorsey said on Thursday that the team would love to get Dez Bryant in for a visit next week as the team is suddenly looking for wide receiver help. the only problem according to Dorsey is that Bryant won't return the teams call and there have been reports that he doesn't want to play for the Browns.

This prompted a response from Bryant on Twitter who said that he wouldn't mind playing for the Browns but he needs to get himself right before he signs with a team.

Bryant clarified the comments saying he has played with a broken foot before trying to make the fans happy and this time he wants to make sure that he is 100 percent right. He also said he is going to take all the time he needs and he feels like he has three good years left.

The Browns traded Corey Coleman away earlier this week and then it was revealed that Antonio Callaway was arrested with marijuana in his car, Callaway is already in the NFL's drug testing program after failing a test at the NFL combine.

If he does end up getting suspended it could leave the Browns very short at wide receivers for at least a couple of games. It appears, for now, the Browns will bring in wide receivers next week and it won't include Bryant unless he has a change of heart. Down the road, the two sides could still find a way together but right now Bryant won't be joining the Dawg Pound.
