With Tom Brady landing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a shocking move this offseason, it appears that Jameis Winston will be looking for a new home in 2020. While most people continue to criticize Winston, Emmanuel Acho of ESPN believes he is ‘freakishly good'.

Over the course of his five seasons, Winston has been criticized for his poor decision making. But as Acho pointed out, Winston is also capable of making plays that only a few quarterbacks can make.

Last offseason, the Buccaneers hired Bruce Arians as their next head coach in hopes he could help Winston reach his potential. In his lone season with Arians, Winston compiled a career-best 5,109 yards and 33 touchdowns. On the other hand, he sadly threw 30 interceptions as Tampa Bay failed to make the playoffs.

After his inconsistent season in 2019, the Buccaneers chose to move on, signing Brady in free agency. While Brady mans the ship in Tampa Bay, Winston is hoping to get an opportunity to prove himself next season.

However, with the teams looking for a starting quarterback being limited, it could be tough for him to find a new team. Even though he's been turnover-prone, Winston has shown that he has the talent to be a franchise quarterback. At the least, he's better than quite a few starters that reside in the league already.

Also, at just 26 years old, Winston has shown that he should be a starting quarterback in the NFL. Regardless of Acho's opinion, teams in the NFL don't appear to be as fond of Winston as he is.
