The NFL sent out a memo to team presidents and top officials to remind them that their practice facilities are to stay closed for the time being, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media:

In the memo, the NFL made it clear that no one is allowed in the facilities but they are hoping in the next couple of days to have a more firm plan about reopening.

“To be clear, club facilities remain closed and no date has been set for the reopening of club facilities. Before facilities can reopen, the three criteria identified above must be satisfied. We expect to provide additional guidance later this week regarding when facilities may reopen, the number of people who may return to work, and related matters.”

One of the big issues for the NFL with reopening is they want to make sure it's fair to everyone, which means until all practice facilities can open up, there probably won't be any that open up. Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin has made it clear that he hopes that everything has it fair when things open back up:

“I subscribe to the approach of competitive fairness in our game, and that is everyone gets an opportunity … Our game is extremely competitive. It is one of the things that makes football at this level so attractive to our fans. I am committed to preserving and protecting that. And so all teams getting an opportunity to start on the same footing is an important element of that.”

Every day is hopefully one day closer to the NFL and world returning to something resembling normal, but for now, all practice facilities remain closed.
