Looks like Jadeveon Clowney may end up without a team for a while, perhaps even into the 2020 NFL regular season.

According to Kimberley A Martin of ESPN, Clowney has turned down multiple offers of $15 million or more as he remains firm with his latest asking price.

Jadeveon Clowney's free agency has been a roller coaster. Initially asking for $20 million a year, he then dropped his asking price down to $17 million after seeing how light the market was.

The Seattle Seahawks made an offer to bring him back, but the veteran defensive end rejected it. Now, it seems like he is holding out hope of getting what he wants.

Also mentioned in the list of NFL teams interested in Clowney were the Cleveland Browns, Tennessee Titans and Las Vegas Raiders. However, it is worth noting that the likelihood of any team offering him any more than $15 million this late in the offseason is very unlikely, so either Clowney will have to come down on his asking price or he could sit out and wait.

Clowney has been one of the best pass rushers in the NFL throughout his career. In 2019, he had a bit of a down year in sacks, only recording three, but he did force a career high four fumbles.
