Since being taken by the Arizona Cardinals with the 10th overall pick in this year's draft, former UCLA standout quarterback Josh Rosen has made a strong impression on the franchise.

This has also led to Rosen to voice that he believes he has continued to show improvement in each day in practice in the offseason workouts and training camp, via Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk.

“I think I’ve just progressed every day,” Rosen said, via the team’s website. “I think I’ve gotten better pretty much every day since I’ve gotten here.”

There is no shortage of confidence from 21-year-old concerning his ability on the field that has helped him get to this point where he was taken a top-10 first round draft pick. He has already seen him impress his teammates about what he brings to the table behind his leadership and throwing ability with his strong accurate arm that allows for him to make any type of throw on the field.

However, veteran quarterback Sam Bradford has had a grip hold on the starting job throughout the offseason as he was listed at the top of the first depth chart that released earlier this week while Rosen was placed as the backup. The UCLA product will have a chance to show where he's at in terms of his development in the preseason with four games on the slate that could help make a case to possibly vie for the starting job. This should allow him to be more comfortable in the offense while displaying more command and fluidity in his playcalling and decision making.

If anything, these comments from Rosen show that he has a plenty of motivation to prove to the Cardinals that he should receive strong consideration to be the starter at some point in the 2018 campaign.
