Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray appeared to be hit by the nerves in his first playoff game. Unfortunately, Twitter showed no mercy in roasting him after his poor first half against the Los Angeles Rams.
The Rams went ahead 21-0 in the first half, with the Cardinals showing no signs of life offensively and defensively. Murray, for his part, has been a huge reason for the team's struggles early on after going for just 28 passing yards on 7-of-17 pass completion. He had no touchdown pass and actually got intercepted twice.
Murray's second interception was brutal as well, as it turned into a pick-six as he tried to get the Cardinals out of the Rams' end zone. Peyton and Eli Manning's reaction to the interception during their ManningCast says it all:

Of course, the folks on Twitter were not particularly happy with the way Kyler Murray performed for the Cardinals and absolutely roasted him with various memes.

A lot others, including media personalities and outlets, couldn't hold back their criticisms though, especially since it was just very uncharacteristic for Murray to play that poorly. He did say previously that he has “no nerves” heading to the Cardinals' matchup with the Rams, but that wasn't the case at all.
This is worse than Mac Jones or Jalen Hurts and this QB has been in the NFL three years. Playoffs is a different animal, man

Murrary can’t play any worse. Wow.

Murray can only learn from his mistakes, but making costly blunders certainly couldn't come at a worst time for him and the whole Arizona franchise.
