Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson tossed a short touchdown pass to wide receiver Tyler Lockett on the opening drive of their Sunday night matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.

The throw by Wilson was his 20th touchdown on the seasonā€”in a year in which Seattle has started the campaign undefeated and the quarterback has established himself as an early front-runner for the NFL's MVP.

As for Lockett, the touchdown reception was his fifth of the season, though he had gone the previous two games without recording a score, since he his three-touchdown performance in late September against the Dallas Cowboys. Lockett not only capped the drive with catch in the end zone, but opened the game with a 34-yard reception from Wilson on the first play of the game.

Having been replaced on the depth chart by the rising DK Metcalf, Lockett's performance in the opening quarter of the match, reconfirms the embarrassment of riches the Seahawks possess.
