It has been nothing short of a difficult start to his NFL career for Chicago Bears wide receiver Kevin White through his first three years in the league as injuries have plagued him.
However, White finally appears to be on track to get back on the field in the 2018 campaign where he could make a notable impact on the team. At the same time, the 25-year-old has voiced uncertainty if the Bears still believe in him, according to Adam L. Jahns of Chicago Sun-Times.

‘‘Ah, don’t know. Really don’t bother me at all. I believe in myself.’’
Reporter: What have you learned about yourself through this adversity that you’ve gone through?
‘‘Built Ford Tough.’’
There doesn't appear to be too much confidence in White given his injuries as he has only played in five games tallying 21 receptions on targets for 193 receiving yards over that span. In the 2017 campaign, he played in the season opener where he suffered a fractured his left shoulder blade in the game where he recorded two receptions for six receiving yards.
This had foreseeably led to the team deciding not to pick up the fifth-year option on his rookie making the 2018 season a make-or-break year for him. He has to prove that not only he can remain healthy but that he can be a dependable factor in the passing game. The Bears had selected him in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft with the hope he could eventually become a star wideout that could be a primary fixture in the passing game.
Ultimately, this will lie on White's shoulder to demonstrate this upcoming season that he is an offensive talent that can be a valuable long-term piece of the puzzle with their young core group.
