The Buffalo Bills have officially locked down their future in West New York, and they'll soon be playing in a brand new stadium, too. On Monday, the Bills agreed to a new stadium deal on a project that is estimated to cost as much as $1.4 billion. The deal will keep the Bills in Buffalo for at least the next 30 years, according to Nick Reisman.

The announcement was made Monday by New York State Governor Kathy Hochul, indicating that the team would receive a $600 million investment from New York State, which will be matched by the NFL, the Bills, and Erie County. The stadium is set to be built in Orchard Park.

The project of constructing the building is reportedly set to create as many as 10,000 construction jobs in Erie County. It is also believed that the economic impact of having the Bills in Buffalo will more than cover the cost of the investments made.
