LeSean McCoy has been going through an incredibly disappointing season this year with the Buffalo Bills. Coming into the season, he was expected to be used as a workhorse with the Bills' current quarterback situation. That hasn't been the case and he has had a forgettable season.
According to a report from Mike Rodak of ESPN, McCoy is still under concussion protocol heading into Monday Night Football against the New England Patriots.

Throughout the six games he has played so far this season, McCoy has carried the football 63 times for 244 yards. He has not scored a touchdown on the ground this season. McCoy has also caught 13 passes for 85 yards.
Article Continues BelowAt 30 years old, McCoy is heading into the NFL trade deadline as a potential trade candidate. Buffalo is coming into the deadline working on a rebuild and McCoy does not fit that mold. Being traded to a contender may be exactly what he needs to get his season back on track.
LeSean McCoy has been one of the NFL's most talented running backs for quite some time. Seeing him suffer through a down season has been a bit strange, but he should be able to rebound.
One of the teams that have been rumored to have interest in McCoy is the Philadelphia Eagles. A return to the Eagles would certainly be an intriguing situation to watch.
Expect to hear more about McCoy over the next few days. The NFL trade deadline is October 30th and the Bills will have some decisions to make leading up to that date.
