The Carolina Panthers have finally named their new offensive coordinator in Joe Brady. There is a huge amount of intrigue surrounding the latest acquisition for the Panthers, but the former LSU coach is more than happy to be given the opportunity to coach in the pros.

The players I coach and the people I work with – they've never thought about my age as a downfall. They see the work ethic and the preparation and how I approach things. They don't see 30 years old. It's understandable why some have questions regarding Brady's ability. However, the way he helped Joe Burrow become the favorite to get selected first overall should convince some fans to put their trust on the young coach. Moreover, he's just very happy to have gotten the job with the Panthers.
“I had high expectations for myself. The quote I live by is, ‘No one rises to low expectations.' But to say offensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers? I don't think I would have expected that,” Brady said.
It will be interesting to see how he and Cam Newton can work together and bring back a winning culture to the Panthers.
