Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow was seen bagging prestigious awards left and right during his impressive run with the LSU Tigers last season. After inking his rookie contract with the Bengals, the 23-year old copped a different kind of hardware this time around. He recently spent an estimated amount of $25,000 for an icy number 9 necklace.

Houston jeweler Leo Frost and Burrow recently linked up together in Cincinnati. Frost shared a photo of him together with his client wearing the necklace on Instagram:

According to ESPN, Joe Burrow bought an “18-carat white gold diamond Cuban link with an 18-carat white gold No. 9 pendant” from Frost. The craftsman also has other well-known clients across the football landscape including LSU wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase and safety Kary Vincent Jr., Titans defensive back Kenny Vaccaro and Giants rookie offensive tackle Andrew Thomas.

On the field, the rookie sensation will be the centerpiece of the Bengals' rebuilding efforts. He will immediately step in as the primary quarterback playing under center for the team next season. He will certainly be faced with great challenges as his team will attempt to navigate through an improved AFC North competition headed by division champion Baltimore Ravens.

His collegiate journey only spoke highly of his capabilities to bounce back from struggles and lead a team from the forefront. He will aim to replicate the same success this time with the Cincinnati Bengals. Hopefully, the extravagant jewelry will help bring luck to Joe Burrow as he tries to turn a rebuilding franchise around in the years to come.
