The Dallas Cowboys have a bye on Sunday, but their fans across the globe got some very good news about Dak Prescott's injury status regardless.
According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the two-time Pro Bowler is set to start on Halloween against the Minnesota Vikings, putting concerns about his injured calf completely to rest.

Prescott hurt his right calf on the final play of last week's win over the New England Patriots, rolling out to his right before finding Ceedee Lamb for a walk-off touchdown. Despite donning a walking boot to the post-game podium, the Cowboys signal-caller downplayed the severity of his injury.
“I figured when we weren't playing for a week, so I would give you guys something to talk about and speculate on this time,” Prescott joked, per CBS Sports. “So there you go…Yeah the last throw, just came down funny. That's what it was. It will be checked out.”
A subsequent MRI revealed no major damage to Prescott's calf. He and the Cowboys, 5-1, will meet the Vikings in primetime next week at US Bank Stadium.
