Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is banged up. Whether it's his sprained left wrist, his bum right index finger, or his AC joint injury in his throwing shoulder, Prescott is dealing with a lot.
It has actually been the shoulder injury that has given Prescott the most issues recently. It was bothering him so much during the Cowboys' Week 15 win over the Los Angeles Rams that wide receiver Amari Cooper says Prescott was unable to throw the run-pass option because of it.
Amari Cooper to me said he figured something was wrong with Dak Prescott during the Rams game because he told Michael Gallup that he wasn't going to throw the RPO no matter what the read was. Cooper: "That is not like Dak, so I knew something was up."

Prescott had a solid day against the Rams, completing 15 of his 23 passes for 212 yards and a couple of touchdowns. While it was far from his best game of the year, it was efficient and was more than enough for Dallas in what ended up being a pivotal 44-21 win.
On the season overall, Prescott has thrown for 4,334 yards, 26 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions while completing 65.5 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 99.3.
Earlier in the year, Prescott looked like a top MVP candidate. However, the Cowboys' second-half slide has caused his MVP standing to take a hit, especially in a race that includes Lamar Jackson and Russell Wilson, both of whom have their respective teams in first place in their respective divisions.
Dallas got off to a 3-0 start in 2019, but it has gone just 4-7 since then. Still, the Cowboys can clinch their second straight NFC East division title with a win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
