The Dallas Cowboys clicked on both sides of the ball in Week 11, beating the Las Vegas Raiders 33-16 on Monday Night Football. Dak Prescott made Cowboys history with another four-touchdown game. And he looked George Pickens’ way early and often.
The fourth-year wideout leads the Cowboys with 58 receptions for 908 yards and seven touchdowns in 10 games this season. He’s on track to set new career-high marks across the board in a breakout campaign. Pickens is also on track for a massive contract in free agency this offseason. But former Cowboys wideout Dez Bryant hopes he stays in Dallas.
“George Pickens..I want you to understand that whenever it's time to negotiate your new contract..your legacy will be worth more than being the highest paid wide receiver..if you stayed with Cowboys. There's a lot more to the thought process, but think about it….” Bryant wrote in a post on his official X account.

Bryant also suggested the Cowboys move on from defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus in the same post. “You have to be the best at what's current. I've watched great teams and been a part of great teams the Cowboys have had over the years. Also, you have to keep the roster young and hungry…I played with guys who were past their due date and didn't love the game..respectfully,” Bryant added.
On Monday, Pickens led the way with nine receptions for 144 yards and a score. He made a great move in the open field on his 37-yard touchdown, capping a 21-point second quarter that put the game out of reach for Las Vegas.
Both Pickens and CeeDee Lamb were benched for the opening drive in Week 11. Head coach Brian Schottenheimer semi explained, saying there were “a couple things missed,” which led to the benching.
Fortunately the Cowboys were able to recover after starting the game with a three-and-out. Pickens and Lamb didn’t take long to make an impact against the Raiders.
Dallas improved to 4-5-1 with Monday night’s performance. The team will now prepare for a big NFC East showdown on a short week. The Cowboys host the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
