The Dallas Cowboys are reportedly open to trading offensive lineman La'el Collins this offseason, and it appears there's significant interest from other teams around the league. According to NESN's Zack Cox, the New England Patriots have emerged as frontrunners in trade talks for the 28-year-old, with Bill Belichick and Co. having shown interest in moving to acquire Collins.

The Cowboys have been mulling parting ways with their former undrafted free agent. He's currently playing under a five-year, $50 million deal he signed with the team in 2019, but the Cowboys could cut ties with him this offseason and save as much as $10 million, if they release him after June 1. Alternatively, a trade is very much on the table, and other teams have been honing in on the veteran tackle.

After going undrafted in 2015, Collins has earned his place as a mainstay in the Cowboys' offensive line. His time with the team could be coming to an end, though Dallas has yet to make up its mind regarding his future.
