As they tend to do during rivalry games in the NFL, things got heated between the Cowboys and Redskins on Thanksgiving. In particular, an outburst between the fiery Josh Norman and Dez Bryant erupted immediately after the clock ran out.

Dallas had just won their 10th game in a row, beating Washington for the second time this season by one score. On both occasions, the Redskins had opportunities to come away with a victory, but they simply didn't capitalize.

Perhaps the frustration had gotten to Norman, who moved swiftly across the field to engage Bryant. The pair exchanged words and pushes before teammates and coaches intervened.

While talking to reporters postgame, Norman alleged that Bryant threatened him:

Not so fast

Although Bryant later tweeted that he could beat up Norman, he denied making the “unload the clip” threat:

About an hour after that tweet, Dez said that he should've avoided the altercation with Norman altogether:
