This all adds a bit of spice to this huge Week 14 matchup in the NFC East. It once looked like the Cowboys were going to run away with the division, but their slump combined with Washington's four-game winning streak has this race tightening up in a big way. Dallas is 8-4 on the season, while Washington is 6-6. The Philadelphia Eagles are still in the mix as well at 6-7.

This will be the first of two matchups between the Cowboys and Washington over the next three weeks, so this is obviously a huge stretch for these two teams. Dallas will play the last-place New York Giants between the two showdowns, while Washington has the Eagles on deck. In fact, Washington trades off games against the Cowboys and Eagles before finishing up with their own game against the Giants.

This first matchup will take place in the nation's capital at FedExField. It should be a rowdy atmosphere as the home team tries to make McCarthy eat his words. This should be an excellent game, and the outcome will play a key role in the NFC East race.
