Right after being selected as the 15th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos. wide receiver Jerry Jeudy got a special message from quarterback Drew Lock.
Lock revealed that he's been watching Jeudy play since their college days. To recall, Lock spent four years with the Missouri Tigers from 2015-2018 while Jeudy played three years for Alabama from 2017-2019. But now that they're about to don the same jersey, Lock is ecstatic.
“I'm just happy you're on my team now. We got something special rolling in Denver.”
Jeudy will be joining the Broncos' young and talented offensive line comprised of running backs Melvin Gordon and Phillip Lindsay, wide receivers Courtland Sutton, Daesean Hamilton, Tim Patrick along with tight end Noah Fant. Lock also gave a shoutout to the Broncos' defensive line, which he claims always performs up to par.

Right after the welcome remarks, Lock told Jeudy that he's ready to discuss the Broncos' playbook right away.
“Call me whenever you need me. I'm ready to go through the playbook. Tonight, tomorrow, whenever you're ready.”
Football analysts believe that Jeudy is one of the best, if not the best wide receiver in the 2020 batch. To recall, in just his first year in Alabama, Jeudy was already a critical part of the team's national championship win in 2017.
In 2018, Jeudy won the Biletnikoff Award as the country's best wide receiver. He left Alabama with 26 receiving touchdowns — second to Amari Cooper's 31. He is also just the second wide-receiver in school history with consecutive 1,000-yard seasons (1,315 in 2018 and 1,163 in 2019), with the first being D.J. Hall from 2006-07.
