As you can clearly see, the picture is of a young Jace Sternberger wearing a Green Bay Packers jersey, Brett Favre to be specific.

Sternberger already has the love of the fan base off the field due to the picture. It probably won't be long until they start loving him thanks to his production on the field as well though.

Of course, Sternberger isn't going into 2019 as the Packers' number one tight end. That honor will go to Jimmy Graham. That said, he'll be a fantastic piece to have opposite Graham.

Jace Sternberger racked up 832 yards and 10 touchdowns on 48 receptions last season. He'll give the Packers a sure catcher, but also someone who can be a legitimate threat at tight end.

That means Green Bay will have two tight ends who can make the short catches and get yards after the grab, but also go down the field and use their size to reach over the defenders. Sternberger stretched the field at Texas A&M, becoming one of the more important pieces in the Aggies' passing attack. Sternberger did not have an elite quarterback, Kellen Mond, and still produced for Texas A&M. Now that he has a much better quarterback in Green Bay, he has a chance to be genuinely great.

Sternberger has obviously been a fan of the Green Bay Packers for years, or at least someone in his family was. Now he has a chance to make Packers fans admire him. This was the perfect start. No one can resist an adorable throwback picture, especially showing a new draft pick repping the colors of his NFL team.
