Just two years ago, Eric Ebron was labeled a bust after disappointing with the Detroit Lions. Last season, Ebron joined the Indianapolis Colts and thrived in their offense.

Zak Keefer of The Athletic spoke to Eric Ebron about the Colts and what is different from his previous team. Ebron explained what he loves about the offense in Indianapolis. Here's the full quote from the dynamic tight end.

“There's no individual on this team. There's no one like, “I better get this catch right now.” No, T.Y. don't care. I don't care. Jack doesn't care. Marlon Mack doesn't care how many carries (he gets). We wanna win. That's what makes our group so tightknit. That's what makes it so much fun to come here and work. We don't care about individual accolades. Those come with wins. As long as we winning, it doesn't matter”.

Prior to the Colts, Ebron never experienced much winning with the Lions, winning more than 10 games just once in four seasons. Ebron also has meshed well with the Colts after never looking comfortable in Detroit's offense.

In Ebron's first season in Indianapolis, he caught 66 passes for 750 yards and 13 touchdowns. To no one's surprise, all of those numbers were career-highs for Ebron.

Things are different for Ebron now — he is part of a Colts team that is intent on a Super Bowl. In 2019, Ebron is focused on winning and continuing to do his best to be a reliable weapon for Andrew Luck.

Nonetheless, Ebron doesn't care about his individual numbers, nor does anyone on the Colts. That's why Indianapolis is able to do what it does on offense.
