The Oakland Raiders are getting set play a preseason game in Canada, and Antonio Brown is going along for the ride.

On Wednesday, Brown took to Instagram to post a story of himself boarding a flight to Winnipeg for the Raiders' exhibition contest against the Green Bay Packers on Thursday night, per Scott Bair of NBC Sports Bay Area.

Brown and quarterback Derek Carr mentioned getting in some pregame work with each other during the video.

The wide receiver is not expected to play in the game.

Brown has had a tumultuous offseason, to say the least.

The 31-year-old kicked things off by asking the Pittsburgh Steelers for a trade. The Steelers proceeded to honor his request, sending him to the Raiders for a third-round draft pick and a fifth-rounder.

Brown took part in Oakland's offseason workouts and then showed up to training camp on time last month, arriving via hot air balloon. However, he was then immediately placed on the non-football injury list for, at the time, unspecified reasons.

He then came off the list less than 48 hours later and partially practiced with the team before being sidelined again.

It was later revealed that Brown sustained frostbite on his feet as a result of spending time in a cryotherapy chamber without the proper footwear, but that was not the only reason for Brown's absence.

The seven-time Pro Bowler has also been embroiled in a dispute with the NFL over the usage of his helmet, which is now banned for no longer being certified by the NOCSAE.

Brown filed a grievance against the league and lost, but has now taken to filing another grievance.
