Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown has had to answer plenty of questions since starting training camp on the non-football injury list. The biggest one is now surrounding what has been revealed as a botched cryotherapy session.

Brown has been unable to practice due to what appear to be gruesome blisters on his feet. According to ESPN's Michele Steele, the Raiders have not set a timetable for his return:

This was certainly not the most ideal way for Brown to begin his tenure in Oakland. While it does serve as a prime example of what some of these professional athletes are willing to do to keep their bodies in shape, a reported miscue on his part has now resulted in his indefinite absence from practice.

Although the Raiders' star was not expected to play much during the preseason, this is still a vital time for the offense to get on the same page. Brown's inability to practice obviously hinders the process. More importantly, it gives him and quarterback Derek Carr to work on their rapport ahead of the 2019 NFL season.

Fortunately, the silver lining is that Brown's injury is not deemed to be too severe. This means it should not be long before he is able to join the rest of his team at practice. For now, it would be wise for him to ensure that he is taking every precaution necessary when it comes to his therapy sessions.
