Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown has been training hard all off-season and the latest place he has been showing off his skills is in Hawaii. In a video tweeted out by Bleacher Report, Brown is getting in some work on a jugs machine, using only one hand, while another player pulls on his other arm so he can't use it.

Although not wearing a jersey, Brown is wearing his helmet, pants, and cleats during his training. This training is only a few days after he was spotted in South Florida working out with Raiders first-round draft pick Trayvon Mullen.

Brown had his issues with the Pittsburgh Steelers, but all of his teammates with the Raiders have noticed how hard he is working, and have enjoyed having him around.

“He comes in, you know, he’s in the locker room offering the young guys advice,” Tahir Whitehead said via NBCbayarea.com. “He’s taking guys under his wing, and it’s not just wide receivers. He’s chatting up with guys on the defensive side.”

“Everyone talks about the bad blood between him and Vontaze. It’s been nothing but love. They’re just chomping it up, talking ball. You ask him a question about offense, he’s shedding light on what he’s looking at from the offense.”

“He’s a premier guy in the league and you can see every bit why being around him.”

The Raiders' coaching staff and the fans have high expectations for Brown and it appears that he is working extra hard to make sure he lives up to the expectations.
