Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp has been in the MVP conversation for a large part of the season. He is undoubtedly the most productive receiver in the league and is a huge reason the Rams are in the big game coming up. They take on the Cincinnati Bengals in Super Bowl LVI on Sunday.

The Wednesday before the game, the Rams told fans to retweet this tweet if Kupp is their favorite for Offensive Player of the Year.

Two minutes later, they “quoted” the tweet, telling fans to retweet the updated tweet if the Rams wide receiver is also their MVP for the season.

Kupp's teammate Jalen Ramsey took it a step further by responding “Yep” to both tweets.

This is huge praise from one star to another, but it is certainly warranted. Kupp led the NFL in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns. He earned the Triple Crown with 145 receptions, 1,947 yards, and 16 touchdowns in 17 games.

Kupp's MVP caliber performance didn't stop at the end of the regular season. He has 25 receptions for 386 yards and four touchdowns in the Rams' first three postseason games.

Ramsey has had quite the year himself as the star cornerback for the Super Bowl contending Rams. He recorded 77 tackles, four interceptions, and 16 pass deflections in the regular season. Ramsey has nine tackles and three defended passes in three postseason games.

If Kupp wins the title, he will be the first non-quarterback to be named MVP since running back Adrian Peterson in 2012.
