The past few weeks have been a series of firsts for Miami Dolphins rookie QB Tua Tagovailoa. The 22-year old made his first appearance in the NFL in Week 6 against the New York Jets and finally made his first NFL start a few weeks after against the Los Angeles Rams where he also tallied his first passing TD of his rookie career.
Ahead of their Week 11 match against the Denver Broncos, it's another first for the Hawaii native, but not in a good way. The young QB landed on his first injury report with a foot issue.
Injuries in college was one of the major concerns on the young QB when he entered the league as Miami's fifth overall pick this year. As a top-rated signal-caller hits will be always coming his way and Tagovailoa believes that he's had enough experience coming into his first season in the NFL.

Although the Alabama standout is currently still officially on the Dolphins' IR list, he was able to fully participate on the team's training session on Wednesday and things are looking up for Tua to make his fourth NFL start on Sunday. The rookie is hoping that the treatment he'll be receiving in the coming days should be enough for him to go against Drew Lock and the rest of the Broncos.
Tagovailoa has been impressive so far in his short career in the NFL but he would need a ton of skill and a bit of luck to be able to continuously work on his experience and avoid those heavy hits to be able to stay on the field.
