Antonio Brown has been surrounded by drama this offseason, which resulted in his release from the Oakland Raiders. Soon after his release from the Raiders, the superstar wide receiver agreed to a one-year contract with the New England Patriots.

That's right, the Patriots got even better. After winning the Super Bowl last season, New England suffered a major loss with the retirement of Rob Gronkowski. New England received good news with the reinstatement of big-play wide receiver Josh Gordon, but there were still some questions surrounding their offense.

Now, all of those questions have been answered. Bill Belichick made the move to sign Brown to shore up any weaknesses that the Patriots had on offense and likely made them even more lethal than they were last season.

Tom Brady will be working with the most talented target that he has had since Randy Moss. Brown may be even better than Moss, especially with Brown playing in the prime of his career. This is a move that completely changes the landscape of the AFC and makes the Patriots the obvious favorite to repeat as conference champions.

All of that being said, let's dive in and take a look at four bold predictions for Brown this season with the Patriots.

4. Brown Will Stay Out of Trouble

Let's start this off on the right foot with Brown resurrecting his career with New England. Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, Brown is going to put the struggles he had in Oakland behind him. His new opportunity with the Patriots is one that will completely change his outlook.

Belichick and company have taken chances on players with character issues in the past and this is no different. Brown is going to make the most of this opportunity and will keep his head on straight.

3. He Will Pick Up Where He Left Off

There is no denying the fact that Brown is still one of the NFL's elite wide receivers. He put up massive numbers last season with the Pittsburgh Steelers, catching 104 passes for 1,297 yards and 15 touchdowns. Brown is going to pick up right where he left off.

New England is going to get a motivated version of Brown with a chip on his shoulder. That will result in a season that nets him at least 100 receptions for 1,300 yards and 13 touchdowns. Those numbers will help boost the Patriots back to Super Bowl contention once again.

2. This Season Will Result in a Long-Term Deal with the Patriots

Taking a risk on Brown may end up being more than about having the star receiver for just one year. Brown is going to love playing for the Patriots' organization and it will result in a long-term deal at the end of the year.

No organization can offer Brown the structure that the Patriots can. He is going to buy in to the “Patriot Way.” New England will have their superstar receiver long-term.

1. Brown Will Help Lead the Patriots to Another Title

Finally, the Patriots are going to accomplish their main goal once again. Winning a Super Bowl is all they are about and they have succeeded more often than not. They will get the job done once again this season.

Brown is going to be a huge piece in getting the franchise another Super Bowl win. There are a lot of talented teams in the NFL, but the Brady to Brown connection is going to be deadly. New England's offense is back to being at the top of the league and it will result in another banner being raised.
