New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick has often been known for his short and abrupt answers during press conferences.
On Friday, he provided a masterpiece.
The Patriots' legendary coach was asked about long snapping, specifically if a roster spot needs to be used for one instead of just getting someone else on the active roster to learn how to do it. Belichick's answer spanned nearly 10 minutes.

The question as is asked right at 13:00 minutes in to the video. Belichick then provides his answer that goes until the over 22:00 mark.
Belichick discussed the history of the position and how when he came into the league there was no designated long snapper position. He discussed how it has evolved into where the spot is now pretty valued in today's game and with the Patriots.

To put a cherry on top in the same press conference, the Patriots head coach also reiterated his thoughts on social media.
“I don’t really know or care anything about social media. I don’t even know what’s out there … But it doesn’t matter. We played football before there was social media. It didn’t matter then either.”
