The New England Patriots won again in Week 12, beating the Dallas Cowboys by a final score of 13-9.
That win moved them to an incredible 10-1 on the season. What should come to no one's surprise is that the 10-1 mark is the best record in the NFL (tied with the San Francisco 49ers).
What also should not come as a surprise is the fact that the Patriots currently have the best Super Bowl odds.

At +300, New England has incredible odds with this much time left in the year. Perhaps the craziest part is that their fellow top-record-holders, the 49ers, have +650 odds, leaving two teams between them and the Patriots.
The team making the most waves right now is the Baltimore Ravens. They've burst onto the scene rather quickly. Not only are they winning games, they are beating good teams. And not only are they beating good team, they are blowing them out.
Article Continues BelowThat includes serving the Patriots their only loss of the season, when they demolished them by a final score of 37-20.
With that in mind, it is no surprise that Baltimore is second, right behind New England with a +340.
However, there is a reason the Patriots lead the pack. They still have just that one loss, and it was in Baltimore. New England is also the reigning Super Bowl champion. Oh, and they have some experience with the matter thanks to Bill Belichick and Tom Brady (among others).
Simply put, the Patriots have done nothing to make you think they are not the top team in the NFL this year. Until they fall off that pedestal, it's hard to give anyone else the rub of the top spot.
