We all know that Tom Brady is a perfectionist, and he demonstrated that again with his postgame comments after dismantling the Cleveland Browns.

In the first game back from the four-game Deflategate suspension, Brady completed 28-of-40 passes for an incredible 406 yards and three touchdowns. His 127.7 passer rating was the second best for a single game in his career.

Despite absolutely shredding the Browns' secondary, Brady insisted that he still felt rusty at times, staying as modest as possible. From Kevin Patra of NFL.com:

“I think there was plenty of rust out there. I can do better in a lot of areas,” Brady said. “I think it was a good win today, but it was one game. Like I said, 4-1 is a good place to be for us. We've got a long road ahead. So we're going to try to keep building.”

Brady's attitude reflects that of his coach. No matter what happens on Sunday, Bill Belichick keeps an even keel in the press room. Brady was no different yesterday.

Rather than talk about himself, Brady focused on the two-headed tight end monster that is Rob Gronkowski and Martellus Bennett, who gained 109 yards and caught three touchdowns, respectively:

“(Martellus Bennett) and Gronk in there at tight end has been a tough matchup for those other teams,” Brady said. “We've just got to keep doing it, keep putting pressure on the defense, and I thought we did a good job of that today.”
