The Antonio Brown saga is far from over. It began in the preseason and it will continue long after this season is complete. Brown spent one week with the New England Patriots and caught a touchdown pass against the Miami Dolphins. It is clear that Brown wants to be back in New England by his actions on Twitter. Whether it was tweeting an apology to Robert Kraft and putting out a video of his touchdown catch from Tom Brady during Sunday Night Football.
At the end of the day, it is time for Brown to be back in the league and it only makes sense for it to be with the Patriots. This is strictly based on football on the field. If Brown is guilty of the sexual allegations being thrown at him then he should be in jail. If he is not guilty then he should be playing.
After watching the Patriots debacle against the Houston Texans on Sunday night, it is clear that they need help offensively.
Patriots' Offensive Struggles

Tom Brady is now 42-years-old. If he wants to have a chance at Super Bowl No. 7 then he will need more weapons. Julian Edelman is having his normal season. He has 82 catches for 915 yards and five touchdowns. When opposing defenses realize that they just have to throw a double team at him, there is nowhere else for Brady to go.
The Patriots' second-leading receiver is running back James White. After that, their top options are Mohamed Sanu, Philip Dorsett, and Jakobi Meyers. Adding the league's best wide receiver over the last five years would go a long way for New England.
Brown could enter the league right now and go back to being the best receiver in the league. From 2013-2018, Brown posted six straight seasons of 100+ catches and 1,000+ yards. He has certainly not helped himself get back on the field. Brown's social media activity has been completely against the NFL and its owners. He is still waiting for a decision from the league regarding his suspension.
If they find even the slightest bit of evidence against him, Brown will face an indefinite suspension from the league. There is no disputing that. If they do not then it is time to get him back on the field. There is no sense in keeping him from playing the game if he is innocent. There is a strange feeling that he is destined to end up in New England. If that happens, Brady and the Patriot's offense will be in a primed spot.
