We all know the Manning's are arguably the best family who has played in the NFL. Archie Manning recently told an interesting story that involves Peyton Manning—his son.
In an article by Dan Pompei of The Athletic, Archie recalled a Pro Bowl story about Peyton and Walter Payton. The legendary Chicago Bears running back did something that Archie and Peyton will always remember. Here's an excerpt from the article:

Players and their families hung out on the beach during the week before the game, and at one point, little Peyton went missing. Somebody said Peyton was with Payton. About an hour passed before Payton pulled up in a catamaran with Peyton.
“I trusted Walter with a lot of things, but I’m not so sure he knew what he was doing on that catamaran with my four-year old son,” Archie says. “But that was a big treat for him.”
At the time, Peyton was just four-years-old, but he was riding with arguably the greatest running back of all-time. Who would've guessed that that same four-year-old would play in the NFL and become one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history?
Peyton played 17 successful seasons in the NFL with the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos—winning two Super Bowls. His brother Eli Manning has also had a decent career with two Super Bowls to his name in 15 seasons with the New York Giants.
After all, it's fitting that both of them played quarterback after watching their dad play the position at a high-level once in the NFL. Although, Peyton and Eli got to experience a few cherishable moments—including Peyton riding around with Walter Payton during a week at the Pro Bowl.
