Michael Thomas' appearance on the injury report seemed to be just a blip on the radar. On Thursday's New Orleans Saints injury report, the NFL-leading wide receiver was a full participant after being estimated as limited on Wednesday due to a hand injury.

Thomas did not miss a game in 2019. That won't start in the Wild Card round against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.

Though the fourth-year wideout dealt with bumps and bruises throughout the 2019 campaign, Thomas retained full health throughout the season in wake to one of the best individual seasons in NFL history. His 149 receptions on the year are most all-time in a single-season. His 1,795 yards and nine touchdowns led the NFL and ranked fourth, respectively.

Thomas is the motor of the Saints' offense. Though a star-studded attack littered with Hall of Fame talent and excellent complementary pieces, it's clear that it runs through No. 13. In turn, he is a candidate to win Offensive Player of the Year and is a lock to be a first-team All-Pro for the second-straight season.

Thomas' availability on Thursday is a good sign that he will play. However, his status was never quite in doubt. The Ohio State product will not a playoff game.

While Thomas will play on Sunday for the Saints, it's looking less likely that cornerback Eli Apple (ankle) and fullback Zach Line (knee) do. Both did not practice on Wednesday and Thursday. Running back Dwayne Washington (knee), safety Vonn Bell (knee) and safety Marcus Williams (groin) were all full participants on Thursday.
