The New Orleans Saints have opened up as a -3.5 favorite against the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Championship Game, per BetOnline.ag.
The Rams in the second round of the NFL playoffs defeated the Dallas Cowboys by a score of 30-22. Dak Prescott's 266 yards and one passing touchdown and one rushing touchdowns weren't enough for the Cowboys to go on top.
Jared Goff only threw for 186 yards on the game, managing the game for his running backs who had an amazing game. C.J. Anderson and Todd Gurley ran for a total of 338 yards and three touchdowns. The Cowboys had no chance of stopping their run game, putting their playoff hopes to bed.
For the Saints, they were able to top a close one against the Philadelphia Eagles by a score of 20-16. Nick Foles threw for 201 yards for one touchdown and two interceptions. It seemed like his playoff magic came to an end.
Drew Brees on the other hand completely dominated the game. He threw for 301 yards with two touchdowns and only one interception. The Saints came out on top fairly easily, sending the Eagles back home.
The winner of this contest will go to the Super Bowl. Saints quarterback Drew Brees has been in the mix for the MVP all season long, having one of the best seasons of his entire career.
On the other hand, Rams head coach Sean McVay has revolutionized their offense. Having two great running backs and an elite pass rush headed by Aaron Donald makes them a formidable opponent.
