The New York Jets got absolutely embarrassed by the New England Patriots in Week 7, but head coach Robert Saleh knows they have no one to blame but themselves.
New England got off to a hot 14-0 first quarter, and they never looked back and went ahead to win 54-13 in a true blowout of the Jets. Both passing and rushing games of the Patriots were on point during Sunday's showdown, and the Jets just didn't have enough offensive weapons to match them or the defensive talent to stop the attack.

Of course it didn't help that the Jets lost starting quarterback Zach Wilson in the second quarter after he was hit by outside linebacker Matthew Judon. He was questionable to return at first, but Saleh and Co. eventually ruled him out for his knee injury. However, the absence of one man isn't the only reason for the loss.
Losing is one thing, and suffering a blowout is another. As Robert Saleh highlighted, getting obliterated by 41 points means there's a problem throughout the team–staring from the coaching.
It remains to be seen what the Jets will do to break their slump, but it is clear they have to do something fast as they now sit at 1-5 on the season.
