Starting this season, Monday Night Football will be shown in the NFL Playoffs as well. As the NFL directly confirmed on Twitter Friday, due to their extension of the postseason from last year that included one more Wild Card Game per conference, they introduced another Monday game in the playoffs.

As the NFL states in the tweet, Super Wild Card Weekend will be played in a three-day span. Two will be played on Saturday, three on Sunday and one will be played on Monday. The Monday game will be played at 8:15 p.m. ET, in prime time for all NFL fans out there.

It will be great to see Monday Night Football action in the playoffs. It will be the perfect way to wrap up an exciting first weekend of postseason action, and the ratings are sure to be through the roof.
