The Philadelphia Eagles have a chance to take control of their own playoff destiny in their pivotal matchup with the Dallas Cowboys in Week 16. It seems an extended 2019 NFL season could even warrant a potential comeback from wide receiver DeSean Jackson.
Jackson recently posted a video via Instagram that showed him getting some serious work in:

Jackson had been placed on injured reserve with an abdominal injury that resulted in a lost 2019 campaign. It is safe to say that he appears to have made some significant strides in his recovery.
Philadelphia has struggled with finding their rhythm on offense this year and their issues have largely been a tribute to a lack of firepower due to injuries. Jackson's absence left a rather notable void in the receiving corps and they have since struggled to add an element of explosiveness. There is no question that his return would provide a much-needed boost if they were to make the postseason.
Aside from Jackson, wide receivers Alshon Jeffery and Nelson Agholor have also spent the year dealing with lingering injuries. As a result, quarterback Carson Went has had to make do with the shorthanded supporting cast. This week will be no different with players such as Greg Ward, J.J. Arcega-Whiteside and Rob Davis headlining the receiving corps.
Regardless, the Eagles will need to find a way to get it done at home if they hope to play in the postseason and potentially welcome Jackson back into the mix once he is eligible to return off IR.
