Nick Foles’ magical year keeps on getting better. After miraculously leading the Philadelphia Eagles to their first-ever Super Bowl and being named the game’s MVP, the quarterback can now add another massive achievement to his resume: best-selling author.
Foles’ autobiography, “Believe It,” will debut at No. 5 on the New York Times Hardcover, Nonfiction list on Sunday, July 15, his publisher Tyndale House announced over Twitter. Apart from the NYT, the book will also be on the bestseller lists of Publishers Weekly and USA Today.

The book, which Foles wrote with Joshua Cooley, tells the story of the part Foles’ faith played in his career. His career took a remarkable turn when he was thrust into the starting QB spot for the Eagles after Carson Wentz went down with a season-ending knee injury in December.
Prior to Foles returning to Philadelphia in 2017, he had unsuccessful stints with the Rams and the Chiefs. After his release from the Rams in 2016, Foles admitted that he had contemplated retirement.
But obviously, Foles decided to carry on with his career, and it paid off in unbelievable ways. He’s now a Super Bowl champion, Super Bowl MVP, and best-selling author. He’ll likely need to take a backseat once again this season with Wentz set to return, but at least he’ll get more money to do so after the team restructured his deal to give him a significant raise.
With how things are going with Foles, chances are he’ll also take home the Best Championship Performance Award at the ESPYs on July 18, which he's nominated for. Believe it.
