Carson Wentz has now become the next quarterback who seems likely to be traded this offseason but the Philadelphia Eagles are asking for a steep price. In response to Philadelphia's current asking price for Wentz, teams are hanging the phone up when it comes to making an offer, per Greg Bedard of the Boston Sports Journal.
Eagles are asking for two 1s for Carson Wentz, which has led to some dial tones, including from one team previously perceived to be a favored landing spot.

Earlier this week, it was reported that the Eagles were listening to offers surrounding Wentz. And in recent days, trade talks have heated up with multiple teams, which have been rumored to be the Chicago Bears and the Indianapolis Colts.
Regardless of who trades for Wentz, the Eagles are apparently asking for multiple first-round picks and more, which is how much the Detroit Lions got for Matthew Stafford. But with Wentz being a risk due to his play last season and his contract, teams likely don't want to part ways with multiple first-rounders to acquire him.
For the Bears, they could include Nick Foles in the trade, giving Philadelphia a veteran to backup Jalen Hurts, along with draft picks. Though, it would seem unlikely for Allen Robinson to stay in Chicago if they add Wentz as their new quarterback.
On the other hand, the Colts make a ton of sense due to Wentz's previous experience with Frank Reich. Reich was the offensive coordinator of the Eagles when they won the Super Bowl in 2017.
It remains to be seen which teams have decided to halt talks with the Eagles due to their current asking price. Nevertheless, it seems as if there will be one team to pull the trigger in the coming days, causing another quarterback domino to fall.
