Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman added another interception to his career tally when he picked off Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz on Monday night. Norman stopped what appeared to be a likely scoring drive for the Eagles when he swiped a Wentz pass in the end zone before racking up a nice return.

It was undoubtedly a huge play for the Redskins' defense, and these types of potential game-changing plays have been a strength of Norman's throughout his NFL career.

The pick was Norman's third interception this season, and he now has 13 career interceptions since joining the league back in 2012. Norman is the type of player that no opposing quarterback wants to see on the other side, as his playmaking abilities have been well-documented throughout the years. He was dominant during his run with the Carolina Panthers, and he continues to make an impact for the Redskins.

With Washington dealing with major injuries on offense, Jay Gruden's team could undoubtedly use some more big plays from Norman in order to lock up a playoff spot. The Redskins entered the game at 6-5 overall on the season but still have plenty of work to do if they want to find themselves back in the postseason.

After the game against the Eagles, Norman and company will head to New York on Sunday for a matchup with the Giants.
