The Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns will face off in a pivotal AFC North showdown on Sunday in which the Steelers will try to avenge their Week 11 loss.
Of course, there is a lot more buzz around this game than usual considering the events that took place in Cleveland earlier this month, when Myles Garrett hit Mason Rudolph over the head with a helmet.
Garrett is suspended and Rudolph has been benched, so we won't see either player this weekend, but the hostility almost surely remains between the two sides.
So, here are four things to watch in this Week 13 tilt, plus a prediction.
4. Benny Snell's encore
With James Connor likely absent for this game, Benny Snell will probably get the bulk of the carries. Last week, he carried the ball 21 times for 98 yards in an impressive performance against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The thing is, the Bengals have the worst run defense in the NFL and could be one of the worst teams ever.
Snell may not have it so easy this Sunday, so it will be interesting to see how he responds against a stronger opponent.
It should be noted that the Browns don't exactly have a stout run defense, either, as they rank 25th in the league in that category, so Snell could be in line for another strong outing.
3. How the Steelers will manage without JuJu Smith-Schuster
For the second straight week, JuJu Smith-Schuster will be sidelined due to a concussion and a knee injury. Pittsburgh was able to beat Cincinnati without him last weekend, but that isn't exactly saying much.
With both Conner and Smith-Schuster likely out, where will the Steelers' offense come from?
Diontae Johnson will surely have to step up, as will James Washington, who has put together some really solid games of late. The ultimate X-factor, however, may be tight end Vance McDonald, who has not had the type of season many were hoping for.
Regardless, it's going to be tough for Pittsburgh to put up points without Smith-Schuster.
2. Is Devlin Hodges ready?
Article Continues BelowMike Tomlin has elected to roll with Devlin Hodges as his starting quarterback going forward.
Hodges started one game earlier this year with Rudolph sidelined with a concussion and got the win against the Los Angeles Chargers, but he didn't really post great numbers.
Is he ready to lead the Steelers in a contest that could very well determine their playoff fate?
It remains to be seen, but Tomlin and Co. seem to have confidence that Hodges is prepared.
1. How the teams handle the atmosphere
What we witnessed between these teams a couple of weeks ago was ugly, to say the least, and even if Garrett isn't in the building, you know the Heinz Field is going to be jumping for this one.
The key for both the Browns and the Steelers is to not let their emotions get the best of them and to understand that this is a huge game with playoff implications.
Pittsburgh is 6-5 and Cleveland is 5-6. Both clubs are very much alive in the AFC postseason picture.
Whichever side remains more focused on the task at hand will likely come away with the victory.
Prediction: Steelers ride the home crowd to win a tight one.
