The rest of the league is beginning to feel the impact of the positive COVID-19 cases that recently afflicted the Tennessee Titans organization. The developments left the Pittsburgh Steelers in a shaky situation as they are set to face the Titans in a Week 4 matchup on Sunday.
The Steelers issued a statement saying that they had been advised by the league to prepare for Sunday’s game against the Titans as scheduled. One option that is reportedly being considered is to move the game to Monday instead.
Tomlin also mentioned that the team is taking it “day by day” while waiting for the final decision regarding the matter.

The Steelers have been on a roll as they started the season on a 3-0 start. They have dealt the rebuilding New York Giants a 26-16 beating in their opening game followed by a 26-21 win against the undermanned Denver Broncos in Week 2. The Houston Texans were recently added to the list of casualties as they suffered a tough 28-21 defeat at the hands of the Steelers in Week 3.
Unfazed by the situation, Tomlin and the rest of the Steelers are looking to finish the job against the undefeated Titans in Nashville and are “going down there to play and win.” Their Week 4 encounter will see if they will manage to extend their win streak to four-straight victories.
