The Pittsburgh Steelers are coming off a disappointing loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. They lost by a score of 26-17 and were outperformed on both sides of the ball. The AFC contender now moves on to its Week 3 opponent, the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Bengals have a record of 1-1, and both of their games have been decided by three points. Last week, the Bengals had a devastating loss to the Chicago Bears, losing 20-17. While the Bengals have been in rebuild mode the past few years, their roster has a shot at sneaking into the Wild Card game. They will likely come up short, but no team should take them lightly. With that said, here are four bold predictions for the Steelers' week three game against the Bengals.

Steelers Week 3 Predictions
4. Pittsburgh defense forces a turnover
The Steelers have a great defense but haven't forced many turnovers over the first two games. They have one fumble recovery and zero interceptions thus far but should force a turnover against the Bengals.
Last week, Joe Burrow threw for three interceptions, which played a crucial role in the Bengals' loss. With talented players on the Steelers' defense, including Minkah Fitzpatrick, the Steelers should force a turnover.
3. Ben Roethlisberger throws three touchdowns
Ben Roethlisberger has been a phenomenal quarterback for the Steelers over the years, but he is now at the end of his career. There are not many star-studded performances from Roethlisberger anymore. However, the Steelers have built an offense that should help him have a successful season. He has a decent offensive line, a first-round running back in Najee Harris, and a great receiving core.
So far this season, Roethlisberger has thrown for 483 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. This week, Roethlisberger has a favorable matchup and should have a vintage performance.

2. Najee Harris goes over 100 total yards
The Steelers' run game was atrocious last season, and they prioritized improving it in the draft. With their first-round selection, the Steelers took running back Najee Harris. Harris has been solid so far but has not had a breakout performance.
This week could be Harris' time to shine as he is a threat in the rushing and receiving game. Last week, Harris had ten carries for 38 yards and five receptions for 43 yards and a touchdown. He will look to build upon these numbers and have a great showing against the Bengals.
1. Steelers sack Burrow multiple times
One of the strengths of the Steel Curtain's defense is their ability to pressure the quarterback. While superstar pass rusher T.J. Watt is out for the contest, the Steelers still have the talent to pressure Burrow. The Bengals' offensive line is also not strong, which will allow the Steelers pass rush to get to Burrow.
Through two weeks this season, Pittsburgh has posted five sacks. This number will likely improve on Sunday as Burrow was sacked five times in the loss last week to the Bears.
The Steelers appear ready to bounce back following their loss to the Raiders. It's only week three, but this seems like a must-win game for Mike Tomlin in a tough division. The Bengals are the weakest link in the division, with three playoff teams from last year in the Steelers, Cleveland Browns, and Baltimore Ravens. This game is essential for Pittsburgh to win; it could impact their seed down the line.
